The CasaConnect Do Not Support List is a dedicated resource for our community to help protect renters, buyers, and service users from dishonest or fraudulent businesses.
When a community member experiences a proven case of fraud, scam, or unethical business practices, they can submit the details to CasaConnect. Our team verifies and vets each submission, requesting documented proof such as contracts, receipts, screenshots, or communication records.
Once verified, we will:
- List the company or business account name on the DNS page.
- Include public documentation of the communications and relevant evidence (with personal information redacted for privacy).
- Keep the listing visible so other community members can make informed decisions.
Our goal is to create transparency and accountability by ensuring that bad actors are documented in one public, accessible place.
If you’ve been the victim of a proven scam or fraud, submit your Fraud or Scam Alert to us for review here and select Report to DNS. Together, we can keep our community safe and informed.
